Anzac Reflection

On Saturday the 25th of April it was Anzac day, and on Anzac day our family celebrated by having a minute of silence and then having a BBQ and celebrate for the people that sacrifice there lives for us. In WW1 allot of people died to make the world a happier and better place.

During the fight in WW1 the first person to die was John Parr, and also the first person to die in WW2 was Franz Honiok.

Poleyfest

 I think that young people and there whanau participate in this because they probably want to learn more about there cultures and they are proud of what they are, and i also think that they want to  learn all the dances and meaning of them. Poleyfest is for kids,freinds and family to participate in there cultures and to show other people what there culture is and to share it as well.I also think that some people just want to join Poleyfest because they either want to win or to share there culture.

I think that all of the people had to go through hard work, doing actions right, they will need to send a application or at these show up at the polyfest.They will need enough people to perform on the stage, enough costumes, and a good performance that they will be showing us at the ASB polyfest every 2 years.

The way the cultural events are performing on stage is the way that they encourage them self to do stuff that they can do and what they want to do with there culture.
