Life Cycle of a Monarch Butterfly

Life Cycle of a Monarch butterfly

This is about the life cycle of a Monarch butterfly.  The life cycle starts as a tiny egg changes through different stages, turns inside out and becomes a butterfly

The Egg-
The life cycle of begins with a female butterfly attaching her egg near to a milk weed plant. She attaches the egg on the leaf on tightly so the egg doesn't fall off.when the egg hatches it turns into a Caterpillar and it eats the milk weed.

Caterpillar- When the egg hatches a baby caterpillar comes out  of the egg and then the caterpillar has been  born. For the caterpillar to grow it has to eat then it will grow and be big.But the caterpillar has to be on the right tree  so it can be safe and because there are these little Spiky stuff in it are milk for them to.
Chrysalis-when the caterpillar had ate it turns
it skin inside out and turns into a chrysalis. Then a couple of weeks later it takes the skin off and turns into a butterfly.

Monarch Butterfly-When the Butterfly comes out it starts to fly around a little bit. The color of its wings are black and orange when it  fly around it starts mating. That is when it starts to find a partner and has its baby that's who the life-cycle starts again.
